In the song, she specifically explains why you should always follow your dreams no matters what. Which means that if you did not have a good day, tomorrow may not be the same, it is going to be even better and brighter. The only things you need to do are believe that you are a winner and have the guts to make something special. This song is also giving advice about finding your own way in life and feeling good about yourself. The song makes you feel like nothing is impossible, because nothing really is. Just like Katie Perry says in the song " Baby your are fireworks" and "After a hurricane comes the rainbow". "Fireworks" is considered a song of inspiration especially for teenagers, who most of the time are confused about the world and themselves.
